Every item gets a formal purchase order with your project details and the exact spec. We send it to the vendor and keep a copy on file.

Order tracking & status
You get a status update every 3 to 5 business days whether there's news or not.

Delivery coordination
We coordinate delivery windows with your site contact and make sure they know what to expect when pieces arrive.

When something comes up, we flag it quickly with a clear summary and a suggested next step. You make the call. We take it from there.

Hourly, transparent, no percentage of your budget. We cover the details on the call — here's the short version.

10-hour project minimum. Covers onboarding, intake review, and first round of orders.
No percentage of your FF&E budget. Just an hourly rate, billed for what we actually do.
Running multiple projects at once? A monthly retainer rate is available for studios with ongoing work. We'll cover it on the call.

We use your trade accounts. Your discounts, your margin, none of it runs through us.
